Account Executive:

For the candidate that has experience an executive position, managing client accounts. Those with the right experience and background will be financially rewarded and may even participate in ownership!

1. Must be willing to go door-to-door, proactively seeking commercial advertising accounts.
2. Must be detail-oriented and self starter – one who strives for excellence.
3. Must be willing to travel throughout central and south central Oklahoma, visiting accounts and calling on new possible accounts.
4. Although not required, college degree is preferred. If you don't have a degree, we will consider you, although you must be detail-oriented, as well as have great interpersonal skills as well as basic mathematical and grammatical skills.
5. Prior sales experience is strongly preferred, especially sales experience for any media like television, radio, phone book or outdoor advertising.
6. Strong preference for candidate centrally located near our operations, which is generally within 150 miles of Ardmore.

Sales Representative:

If you want flexible hours, like meeting new people, and you have confidence, then this position is for you. You must have your own transportation, compute with high-speed internet connection, and be willing to travel and meet with prospects and clients throughout central Oklahoma. This position is initially an independent contractor position, thus you will set your own hours, pay your own expenses, and receive a 1099 for any sales commissions. You will also be reimbursed for certain expenses, including mileage.

For the right person who shows they can succeed in this environment, this position will expand into full-time employment with benefits, including significant incentive compensation. The possibility of equity/ownership does exist for the right superstar performer.

New Site Developer:

Finds new locations that will work for billboards and works with landowners and officials to obtain permits, etc. You work from your home and on the road. Set your own hours. Must be familiar with ODOT and TXDOT outdoor advertising rules and process of permitting billboards. Independent contractor position with incentive compensation.
